Simon Kemp is the National Code Administrator for the ANUK/Unipol National Code for large student developments.

Paul Griffiths is a private landlord and rents property mainly to students, advertising via the university Accreditation schemes. He is secretary of the North Staffordshire Landlords Association, who are partners/ joint operators with Stoke on Trent Council, in the Stoke on Trent Landlord Accreditation Scheme.

Claire McMullen is manager of the Newcastle Private Rented Project, a Newcastle City Council service which provides support to private landlords.

Anne Rowland is an Environmental Health Officer working for Private Sector Housing in Cardiff Council. She currently runs the councils property based 'Accreditation Plus' scheme, and is on the project team working towards launching landlord accreditation across Wales.

Mike Campbell is the Landlord Accreditation Officer at Coventry City Council. Mike manages the team which regulates the coventry Accredited Property Scheme (CAPS).
